**Return & Refund Policy - UP TREND**

Because UP TREND ships from overseas suppliers, we operate on a pre-order/dropship model.

**1. Shipping Times**
All orders take 7-15 business days to arrive in Kingston/Columbus GA. Delays with customs or courier are out of our control.

**2. Returns & Exchanges** 
Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless: 
- Your item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item. 
- Contact us with photos/video within 48 hours of delivery at [your email].

**3. Refunds** 
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

**4. Cancellations** 
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, before it’s sent to the supplier.
