By visiting UP TREND or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. UP TREND sells fashion accessories and apparel shipped directly from suppliers.

**2. Products & Pricing** 
All products are subject to availability. Prices are in JMD/USD as shown and can change without notice. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

**3. Shipping & Delivery** 
Orders ship within 1-3 business days and take 7-15 business days to arrive in Kingston, Columbus GA, or other locations. UP TREND is not responsible for customs delays or lost packages after handoff to the courier.
