**Shipping Policy - UP TREND**

**1. Processing Time** 
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

**2. Shipping Time & Cost** 
Because UP TREND uses dropshipping from overseas suppliers:
- **Standard Shipping**: 7-15 business days to Kingston, Columbus GA, and all JA/US addresses. 
- **Shipping Cost**: Flat rate J$500 / $5 USD at checkout. Free shipping on orders over J$8000.

**3. Tracking** 
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

**4. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages** 
Shipping times are estimates. Customs, weather, or courier delays are out of UP TREND’s control. 
If your package hasn’t moved in 20+ days, email us at [your UP TREND email] with your order #.

**5. International Customers** 
Customers outside JA/US may have extra customs fees or taxes. UP TREND is not responsible for these charges
